The Auditorium at CLARA

Our sun-filled space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and fresh white walls. The Auditorium at CLARA is a multi-use, multi-disciplinary performing arts and rental facility in the heart of Midtown. Located on the 24th and O Street corner of the E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts, the Auditorium offers a 33’x59’ open space with 15’7” ceiling cross beams for private and public events. The Auditorium comfortably accommodates an audience of 120, with social distancing.

The Auditorium at CLARA is the only space in the building that is not programmed exclusively by long-term tenants of the building. The Auditorium is rented to local residents for meetings, workshops, and special events, as well as to community arts groups for public performances – groundbreaking, experimental, live entertainment. The Auditorium provides crucial opportunities for the public to engage with a historic building and the local arts scene being promoted.

Experience the creative and unique energy of this beautiful space for yourself by attending one of CLARA’s upcoming events.

5Rhythms Dance

The five rhythms are: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Each rhythm is a teacher and as you practice moving, your relationship to body, heart, mind, soul and spirit deepens.
