The Auditorium & Annex

The Auditorium and Annex are the only spaces not programmed exclusively by arts organizations in long-term residence. These spaces can be rented by the public for meetings, workshops, and special events, and by community arts groups for public performances.

About The Annex
The Annex at CLARA is a multi-use rehearsal space measuring 33×40″ with a ballroom dance floor and mirrors. Located on the 25th and N corner of the CLARA property with an adjoining outdoor space, this room is great for rehearsals, acoustic music nights, or private parties of 60-100. The Annex includes a functional catering kitchen available for rent at a separate rate.

About The Auditorium
The Auditorium at CLARA is a multi-use, multi-disciplinary performing arts space in the heart of Midtown. Located on the 24th and O Street corner of the E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts, the Auditorium offers a 33’x59’ open space with 15’7” ceiling cross beams for private and public events. The Auditorium comfortably accommodates an audience of 120-175, and has chairs for 200.

The five rhythms are: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Each rhythm is a teacher and as you practice moving, your relationship to body, heart, mind, soul and spirit deepens.
