Move mindfully through sequences that encourage awareness, grounding, and ease. This class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore yoga at their own pace, with guidance and modifications to suit individual needs. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls or other instruments during final rest to enhance relaxation. All levels and abilities are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat.
