This Friday, Mary Gow reads “Rabbit and Ox” by Jen Soong, a story where a woman reconsiders her marriage amid the tension and uncertainty of the pandemic.

Kaitlin Richards reads “Changing Lanes” by Gina Mulligan, a story about a 13-year-old girl who endures a tense outing with her twin sister and their troubled mother.

The Auditorium at CLARA is at 1425 24th St., in Midtown Sacramento. Doors open at 6:30pm. $10 donation suggested; no one turned away for lack of funds. Parking: $5 in the CLARA lot; free parking is also available on the street.
